Bike Builds
New Bike in Box - $100
- Unboxing and unpackaging of bicycle ◦ inspection of bicycle of any shipping damage or issues with the bicycle
- Full, proper assembly of bicycle.

Custom Bike Build - starting at $250 (prices vary)
- Assessment that all parts are compatible and will work with build
- Recommendations on compatible parts and build options
- Assembly of bike from frame up
- Using manufacturers recommended installation procedures during build
- Using manufacturers recommended products (lubricants and greases) throughout build
- Adjustments of parts on bicycle
- Notification to manufacturers if parts do not assemble as they should
- Test ride by Mechanic after completion
- Includes free check up after 30 days

Hydraulic Brakes - $50-$60/brake
- Complete system flush with new manufacturer recommended brake fluid
- New brake fluid and bleed port o-ring replacement

- Removal of existing cranks and bottom bracket

- Tightening all hardware to manufacturer spec
Forks/Headset - $50-$75
- Removal of existing fork and headset
- Cleaning fork steerer and head tube
- Applying proper bearing grease to headset cups and bearings
- Installation of headset and/or fork
- Cutting fork steerer tube to proper length
- Installing proper headset spacers and stem installation
- Headset adjustment and tightening all hardware to manufacturer spec
Head tube/Bottom Bracket Facing/Tapping - $75
- The cleaning and machining of frame surfaces
- Proper check to ensure replacement parts fit properly

- Spoke calculation to ensure proper spoke lengths

Standard Wheel Tubeless Setup - $50/wheel
- Removal of tire, sealant, and old rim tape

Suspension Service
50 Hour Service - $85
- Thorough cleaning of fork lowers or shock air can
- New lower fork oil and crush washers
- New wiper seal lubricant
- All settings returned to original positions

100 Hour Service - $175
- Thorough cleaning of the entire fork or shock. Inside and out
- New fork or shock oil

Pivot Overhaul - $100 and up
- Removal of swingarm from frame and inspection
- Remove and install new bearing/bushings
- Reassembly to torque spec
